Orhan Pamuk, the only Turkish winner of the Nobel Prize in Literature (2006), married Aslı Akyavaş today. Due to the epidemic conditions, the wedding ceremony was held within the family.
Pamuk and Akyavaş had been together for ten years.
Pamuk got married to Aslı Akyavaş in a wedding held by Beyoğlu Municipality at noon today. A graduate of Boğaziçi University’s Department of International Politics, Akyavaş is known in the healthcare community for his initiative in the institutionalization of “health tourism” in Turkey.
